By accessing and using ProfeAlyssa, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Permission is granted to temporarily use ProfeAlyssa for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring that your account information is kept up to date

Our platform allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to share the Content
• That your Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• That your Content is accurate and not misleading
• That your Content does not contain viruses or malicious code

We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

For resources that require payment:

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Creator payouts are subject to our revenue share terms (80% to creators)
• Minimum payout threshold is $10

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ProfeAlyssa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Resources uploaded by users remain the property of the creator, who grants ProfeAlyssa a license to host, display, and distribute the content through our platform.

You may not use our platform:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any viruses or malicious code
• To spam, harass, or harm other users
• To impersonate any person or entity
• To interfere with or disrupt the platform
• To collect user data without permission

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

The materials on ProfeAlyssa are provided on an 'as is' basis. ProfeAlyssa makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall ProfeAlyssa or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ProfeAlyssa, even if ProfeAlyssa or a ProfeAlyssa authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
